- Lean process improvement has been used very effectively by many private-sector organizations to improve customer service and to become more competitive.
- Some governmental organizations have also been using Lean for a while.
- This session will discuss some of the enhancements that Lean has produced in one state government organization, the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT).
- Additionally, the session will provide tools and practical advice for other governmental entities which are seeking to improve their operations to become more effective, efficient and elegant.
